In the course of providing broking services we collect information that you provide during account opening and use of the Services, including: your name, date of birth, photograph, PAN, Aadhaar (as permitted), contact details, bank account details, income and occupation details required for KYC; records of your orders, trades, positions, margins and ledger; and communications with our team, including emails and dealing-desk call recordings maintained as required by SEBI.
When you browse the website we may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers and pages visited, including through cookies and similar technologies used to keep the site functional and understand how it is used.
We use your information to open and operate your trading and demat account, execute and settle transactions, collect margins, issue contract notes and statements, comply with KYC, PMLA and other legal obligations, monitor for fraud and market abuse, respond to your queries and grievances, and improve our Services. We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, in line with the cybersecurity and cyber resilience framework prescribed by SEBI for regulated entities. Records are retained for the periods prescribed under applicable regulations, and thereafter deleted or anonymised.
You may access and seek correction of your personal information by writing to us. KYC information can be updated through the prescribed modification process. Keeping your mobile number and email ID current with us and with your depository participant is important — it ensures that OTPs, contract notes and consolidated account statements from NSDL/CDSL reach you directly.
